Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping generally takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping delivers within 2-3 business days.

Shipping fees depend on item weight and the chosen delivery method. Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified amount.

We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries. Where it is offered, customers bear responsibility for customs duties and taxes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. We cannot be responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

In the event of delivery issues, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer support for assistance.

During peak seasons or holidays, there might be delays in processing and shipping.

Ramakrishna Math, Baghbazar reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity, a violation of its Terms of Use, or for any reason outside its control, including delivery-related logistical difficulties.

• A cancellation made before the order ships is refunded in full.
• A cancellation made after shipment but before delivery is refunded minus shipment and handling charges, once the item is returned to us intact.
• An order that has already been delivered cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• Digital downloads are non-cancellable.
• A failed or duplicate transaction is refunded in full for the total amount deducted.
• Any bank or card transaction charges incurred by the buyer are likely to be forfeited.
• We offer no guarantee as to the exact timing of a refund reaching you.
• A partial cancellation is refunded proportionally.
