The annual Swami Abhayananda Memorial Lecture was held on Sunday, 13th September 2026, at 4 PM, in the Saradananda Sabhagriha at the Udbodhan office. This year's topic was "Sita and Draupadi: The Unique Characters of Two Epics."

The lecture was delivered by Swami Kamalasthananda Maharaj, Principal, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Centenary College, Rahara, who explored the personalities, patience, and ideals embodied by Sita and Draupadi in the Ramayana and Mahabharata respectively. Devotional music was presented by Swami Shuklesananda Maharaj of Ramakrishna Mission, Rahara. Devotees attended in large numbers, with tickets available both from Sri Sri Ma's house and online.
